What is cuter?
The anchor patches on the blue shirt or on the red shirt?
I wear a red lace tank top under the blue one
under the red one i wear a black lace tank top
the patches are blue

what do you mean it looks younger? haha
The red shirt with the navy anchor seal patches looks too patriotic. I think the blue striped shirt with the patches looks MUCH better. More pulled together and fit.
When people said that it looks younger, I think they mean that the shirt looks more like something a younger girl would wear. For me, the red stripe with the patch looks somehow like a Cowgirl halloween costume (?).
