How do I set up an allowance for my Military Star Card? Currently deployed overseas.?
I called the card company star before deployment and they said I should go to Finance to get a code of "financing" to install MyPay on my (what I know how to set up allotments there), but my boyfriend said he was able to do without him ... Any insight? Thank you!
Allotment No need for the poster above said. Just set up automatic payments. But first, if you do map not assure you that you are deployed on operations is defined below .... Travel as an emergency operation or zone to send the other in overseas (foreign countries) held in conjunction with valid prescriptions. If you deploy for at least 90 days during active service, we will: The plan proposes the Military Star Card (former DPP) deployed account holders a reduced interest rate and no payment those who are deployed for at least 90 days in conjunction with a JCS deployment order. The plan provides for the deployed military star card account holders whose account is in good standing (ie not in "collection" status) two options: 1. A 6% interest rate and capacity continue to use the account during the deployment period, while no payment. OR 2. A rate of 0% interest during the deployment period, while not making payments. No charges may be brought against the account during the deployment period under this option. To take advantage of the contingency AAFES Star Deployment 'Card Policy Unit commanders (or their representatives) must first provide AAFES a deployment listing by one following methods: 1. By Mail: HQ AAFES, PO Box 650739 Dallas, TX 75265-0739 2. Fax: DSN: 967-4326 COM: 214-312-4326 3. By Internet: Send deployment listing for deployment@aafes.com. Upon confirmation of deployment status of service members, AAFES will automatically default to Option 1 (6% free interest rate payments and privileges at full load during the period of deployment). If the service member chooses option 2 (0% free interest payments and no charge for the privilege period of deployment), the service member must notify AAFES by one of methods detailed above.
