as a collector of intelligence of man would I be elegant for IPC?

You must be a 11 series or a series of 18 to win the combat infantry badge. As a guy HUMINT you will not assault of foreground, that is not your job. If you want to kick in doors and shoot the bad guys in the face, sign up to 11X. As a MOS support you will receive the ACR (badge combat action), if you ever encounter a bad day. All this being said, you do not even passed RIP more .. if I'd be more worried about this as badges. Do not assume that just because you get an option 40 in your contract you'll be the 75th ... everything means you'll have the chance to try.
