Class Chevrons
If you were to pick a stock to invest $100 in to be successful for the next two months, which would you pick?
My teacher is making our class do a project on the stock market.
I mean ONE HUNDRED dollars, not 100,000.
I'm guessing that oil companies like Chevron may be successful as we get closer to summertime, but i just want to see more suggestions.

With 100.00 Investment.. It's safe to go with high risk (potential to loose it all) vs. a stable investment.
I would look for an IPO, or Initial Public Offering. That is a company that has just gone public, and is selling shares for the first time.
Visa, the credit card company has an IPO coming out shortly. The stock is slated for the NYSE, or New York Stock Exchange, under the symbol "V"
Mastercard went public not to long ago and within one year from the IPO date the stock increased its value by 500%
Not bad even for someone still in school.
