if someone you live with is committing council tax fraud(UK)and you report them will you be prosecuted aswell?
hi i live with my mate or i should say ex mate LOL and we are both students however his bitch gf lives with us is not a student and should be paying tax but never declared herself as living here so effectively she still claiming to live with her parents to avoid paying council tax am gunna report them but as i live in the same property will i get dun aswell? I am at the minute tax exempt(legitimate)
Of course you won't be prosecuted. Your position with regard to Council tax is very clear, so there is nothing to prosecuteyou for.
