It would stop teams over spending and being like poor portsmouth.
It would even the playing field all the good players shared out.
You will not be able to buy players.
(in us sports they have salary caps and the past ten since 2000 season 8 different teams have won the superbowl due to the salary cap)

Also all the revenue money and the superbowl money gets shared between all clubs even if the team was not in it so they could do this to the fa cup final money.
Yes, in all pro sports. The salaries are obscene. There are schools with budgets less than the income of these individuals. Two million per year should be more than enough for anyone!
