will Holga negatives already be in full color or will i have to m8k adjustments to the pictures after scanned?

The color depends on what film you are using, color or black and white, negatives or positives. Some brands scan better than others, but no matter what, your scanned film will likely need some sort of post processing. This is is due to the limitations of scanners, and is dependent on whether you are using a calibrated monitor/printer, (that is, if you plan on printing).
But don't worry.... The post processing usually only calls for adjusting color casts, or fixing the curves. This can easily be done in Photoshop or GIMP.
