If a federal agent (FBI. DEA, ATF) is murdered or goes MIA...who investigates the murder/dissapearance?
Is it internal affairs, the agency itself....
The FBI has primary jurisdiction. The affected agency may run a parallel investigation, depending on the circumstances, but the FBI is the lead.
