Landlord / tenant / issues security deposit?

I rented from a couple through Century 21. My husband and I lived there for 6 months. They try to keep all of our dry. deposit and charge us more for that. I am a person very neat and the house was very clean out. Here is what they are trying to find us: cleaning typically 200 to 100 beds weed flowers remove dog poop spray 100 against fleas complete 53 holes 95 replace and install master bathroom sind 270 repair water damage 75.00 under the sink to replace the French doors repair 575 holes patched and painted w. wrong color 75.00 25.00 inspection fees re patch job 115.00 repair list too .... these things are weird! The owners have two rottweilers and my husband and I were there for 6 months. What the judge will say when we go to court? we have to take them to small claims court. They have made personal recipes on themselves, I'm so shocked that Century 21 would allow. Need some advice!

The judge will make the owners to prove the real necessity for repairs and replacements, then adjust the costs they believe they are worth, if they are needed at all. Century 21 simply provided the service to find a tenant and get the lease signed, but are in no way a party to the lease, so you can not place the blame of any kind on them. I agree the owner is trying to pull a fast one for you, but do not blame the realtor.
