What of the following is a soldier legally allowed to bring home from a theatre of battle?
1. Body parts of his confirmed enemy kills. (teeth, fingers, ear etc.)
2. Patches (unit, rank etc.) from the uniforms of his confirmed enemy kills.
3. Personal identification from his confirmed enemy kills.
4. Photos of his confirmed enemy kills.
5. Other equipment (rings, necklaces etc. ) of his confirmed enemy kills.
And what part of what law says it is legal/illegal?

Army regulations state what can and can not be taken, and all of the mentioned above items can be taken as information but not as a trophy.
A few things to note.
1. Not only is take a body part against UCMJ. It is against Geneva Convention. It falls under. Defination of a corps. Transporting human remains over international or state borders. I have seen people charged with grave robbing as well. It is also important to note it would very likely land you in Seven Palms. (Nut house)
2. Again Against UCMJ to take these as trophy. Having them on you with out permission could also fall under Geneva Convention rules against Impersonation a enemy soldier. Impersonation a high ranked officer.
3. Again falling under the UCMJ and Geneva convention for impersonation. as well as getting you in trouble with the US State Department and Interpol. Because it is illegal to have some one else's ID.
4. Again UCMJ, Also Almost all commanding officers forbid this kind of thing. (My self included) And if you distributed them it could land you in a Cort martial.
5. Taking any of the stuff you have listed is called Looting..... And is Against UCMJ, Geneva Convention and most state and federal laws.
Also on a note. There is pretty much no such thing as a confirmed enemy kill.
Yes will you MIGHT know if you have hit some one in combat. No one is going to go around talling "Dibs" on the body of a dead human being. We have had some trouble with Equipment. And some stuff like that wont get you in real trouble. (On the equipment thing)
But as sfcjcl states. All of those activity are disgraceful and would not be tolerated if some one know about them.
