Does anyone know Vietnam's governemnt tree?

Im doing a project (not school or anything like that) and I need to know the people in charge of Vietnam (i.e. president, co-president, first in command, etc) from the most important to the lower government (local gov. and whatnot.

Its probably different from other countires because its a communist, right?
