I heard that is hard to be selected is so there is a branch that is more likely? So what other factors should persuade someone to go with one over the other? Well, I already spent 5 years in the Marines so I did not necessarily want to fight and I'm not naive enough to think that I can jump and be a pilot hunting. I just want to fly - wing preferably fixed. I just want to join the branch with the best options and the chances of being selected.
At the Academy they use Airforce pilots from the Navy to help educate, the Navy uses the Navy pilots that load. If you want to be Go Navy pilot.
