Why do those people at self check out lines always stare at you like you are going to steal something?

I felt like yelling at some guy the other day, like Hey why are you starring at me I'm not gay like you!

What does sexuality have to do with anything? How silly are you.

They watch you because it's their job. People do try to get away with putting things in their bag that they did not pay for - it's a sad fact of life.

If you are innocent and have no intention of stealing, why do you care if you are being watched.
