Canteen Cover
Sunday, August 29th, 2010where I work, in the canteen the hot food is left exposed to every body. What do you think?
it should be covered up with a glass panel. what do you think?
Yes I agree and I always think this when I see those pick'n mix salads on display in Supermarkets. Where everyone stretches across to help themselves. Some of these people are dirty and unkempt and wonder if hair and snots fall into the bowls of salad.
Hot food is worsethough if it's left on a bain marie without protection. Has the Potential for food poisioning to me
