Jungle Boots

I'll be getting black boots tomorrow orieenteering for JROTC and I have to buy my own boots and I wonder what is best for rough terrain
the jungle boots will probably be less costly way. theyre a lot lighter and can be very comfortable compared to a pair of black Cadillac (the modern combat boot is big and clunky compared with those boots old school), but these modern boots are designed to mitigate more and more support. ive hump in both, and if you're not running around more than 30 pounds 40 additional on you, jungle boots will not be a bad idea. if you're gonna be runnin wa ruck full (highly doubt since his only JROTC) or you are very concerned about cushioning and ankle support for stiff, then the fight against new style boots.
