are there any games for PS3 or XBOX 360 where you control an army/base? like command & conquer?

looking for a game on either console that is like Command & Conquer for PC. any ideas? something where you control an army? and a base? build it up and attack/defend against your enemies nearby.

the xbox has halo wars. It is a lot like Command and Conquer.
