Saturday, January 15th, 2011Planning to import garments from India made by local craftsmen but shipped from Singapore. Necessary permits etc?
The quantity imported may be small and made by FedEx or DHL. What are the legal requirements for clothing in the United States and selling them here ie resale #, tax ID, etc.
