Easiest way to book a cruise for a family of 4?

What is the easiest way to book an inexpensive cruise for a familt of four?

It depends. If you are a first time cruiser your best bet would be to either contact a travel agent or you can even call the cruiseline direct. They have agents standing by to help you. Of course they can only talk about their company. If you want to compare cruiselines, you have 3 options: 1) talk to a travel agent 2) visit the various websites and compare for yourself or 3) (I recommend) go to www.cruisecritic.com for an unbiased comparison on all the cruiselines. They even feature "traveler reviews" from people who have been on these cruises. BUT, if you are an experienced cruiser and you know what you want, book it yourself online. You can choose everything from your stateroom to what time you eat dinner. Some cruiselines even have a profile you can fill out (after you are booked) where you can choose what type fruit you want in your room, what type liquor you want your mini-bar stocked with, you can even let them know if you have a special dietary requirement ie: kosher, low cholesterol, etc. Whichever you choose, I hope you enjoy your cruise.
