What are the requirements to sign up to serve on a submarine.
If I had the Job of Information Technology Specialist, would that be a job needed on a Submarine.
Do you sign up for it at MEPS or later.

I am an ET.
As an ET, I hold NECs as a Mainframe Computer Systems Analyst.
Meaning that I write machine language code, I operate computer systems, I diagnose those systems, and I make repairs down to component level.
I also hold NECs for IMMF repair, so I am certified to perform solder and wire-wrap repairs.
On subs I am as close to an IT as it gets.
I also hold NECs in Electronic Surveillance, and Intelligence.

Physical requirements? You will complete a sub physical. No colour blindness, your ears and their tubes must work.
