Is there such thing as the NSA undercover agent. The NSA is feild SIGINT and COMINT, The function of the CIA the field of HUMINT. But I never knew whetgher or not the NSA conducts intelligence gathering using human intel?
I'm sure the NSA has some type of procedure. What I called is certainly classified.
