Tuesday, January 4th, 2011Can anyone tell me what other rifle brass i can use to make up brass for the 45/70 gov & 45/90?
As i am looking have bolt action rifle made that is capable taking one our both of these rounds.
You could probably cut down 45-120 brass but why? It's more expensive. The cheapest and easiest way to get .45-70 brass is to buy .45-70 brass.
.45-70 should be plenty big enough-people have killed elephants with that ammo Doc's talking about.
