My wife can barely work due to debilitating spinal conditions and feet problems. Luckily we have no kids, but I'm the only one with an income and bills to pay.
Yes you may, my husband and I were getting a small amount for food stamp while my husband was still active duty.
I think it's pathetic that our military have to apply for welfare because some of us cant survive paycheck to paycheck. Our military should be taken better care of with baisc needs such as food.
After paying our bills we ended up with about 80 dollars per month for our family to eat. And we would get about 70 in food stamps. Needless to say we lost alot of Weight during that time.
