i have 7 ribbons, a cib badge, airborne wings, and expert marksman.
center everything.
the ribbons go centered 1/8 inch above the left pocket. get a bracket for all 7. then your CIB will go 1/4 inch above the ribbons aligned on the far left of the ribbons with the left edge of the CIB.
your wings and marksmanship go on the left breast pocket flap. 1/8 inch from the top and divided equally over the pocket. (split it into thirds basically) wings on teh right when worn and marksman on the left when worn.
