This is the second time at the office and I stood in line for over 2 hrs on both occasions only to be turned around by a department employee stating that they've reached their quota for the day. They didn't start registering people until 8a.m. although the doors opened at 7am.
The best way to get the attention of the Government is by writing a letter and sending it via USPS Certified Mail to the person/department you want to address. The people answering the phones could care less. A letter leaves a paper-trail, which they can't avoid. Things tend to get done when letters are sent.
Be sure to be polite and non-insulting, and state the facts of your complaint clearly in your letter and include every detail. If you come across too harsh, then they will write you off as "another wacko".
