We organize a small business and take some pictures that we will use to market our products. In the foreground of a picture, we want to include a few bottles of spirits (gin, Gordon's, Pimm's, Martini etc.) that we want some pictures of lifestyle like that, with glasses, etc. I wonder if there is anything that prevents us to do from a legal point of view (we are UK). Of course, we have the bottles in question and we do not compete with their products in any way (our product is totally independent). Thank you!
you can not name compony on the bottle or glass at least pay for the rights to do so
