How is the war in Iraq historical significant?
It stresses the infidelity of force and captivation of freedom. It states what does war do, it embodies the ugliness of war.It is true that Saddam's regime is down, but look how many died and suffered and r still suffering. No nation can control the other by force of weapons and fear. Behold the struggle that is taking place now bt the people of Iraq right now. What did America accomplish, more and more bloodshed. Iraq, baghdad is a place that has a wonderful, deep history, a wide significant culture, a nation is being destroyed.The significance of this war and previous wars, is 4 man 2 realize that it is useless 4 country 2 use force to control and prosecute other countries without any respect of any cultural or humanitarian rights for people. All this is happening cause there is no respect for human rights , there is no justice adopted from the coutries of power on other nations. No respect 4 Freedom. This will cause a clash bt nations , cultures and will cause bloodshed. The war's significance aims at teaching man the power of peace and the importance of respecting the other from the begining of history , but the problem lies in that man is not learning?!!
